This is a Yellow Ware Yelloware Yellowware Rust and White Slip Banded Bowl
measuring 10 5/8" diameter and 5" tall. It is a nice deep yellow color, very
faint crows feet at the base bottom, potters tool marks at the rolled lip (used
to shape the rim of the bowl), darkened stilt marks to the interior base, no
chips, no cracks or hairlines from the rim, was turned on a wheel with finger
ridges to the inside of the bowl as it was being formed, nice shine to the
interior and exterior glaze, and there is a glaze crazing line going around the
perimeter of the interior bottom.The rust and white bands are particularly nice.
