This is a Yellow Ware Yelloware Brush McCoy Dandy Line Bowl that dates to the
early part of the 20th century. It measures 11 1/2" diameter and 5 1/4" tall.
This is a nice thick heavy bowl (thick sides) with good strong egg yolk color
and white slip bands. There is a large old chip to the exterior rim, a shallow
chip to the base bottom, a "cut" to the base which was factory produced done in
the making, a 3" airline to the base interior that is also seen to the exterior
base, nice shiny glaze, some glaze wear to the interior bottom from use, and
good crazing to the glaze. The brightness to the base was due to the camera
flash.
