Produced by Hull during the 1920's (block H in a circle with 113 mark on the base), this is their early utility (extremely hard to find) covered dish with cobalt blue band and vertical incised bands. It measures 4" tall and 7" in diameter. There is a small chip and some wear to the base edge. There is some light discoloration to the lid exterior dome (bluish cast from factory production)  and some glaze discoloration to the interior, with a 2" hairline from the rim with 2 small lines under the rim, but no chips. Again this is a very hard piece to find.
